He has advised renewable developers, utilities, and infrastructure investors on electricity rate forecasting, capacity markets, transmission economics, and long-term power market dynamics.
Prior to founding Sitara Energy, Rakesh held leadership roles at Power Advisory and Booz Allen Hamilton and served at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), where he led energy market assessment initiatives within the Office of Energy Policy and Innovation.
He co-founded Sitara Energy to deliver transparent, defensible energy intelligence that helps developers and investors evaluate risk, allocate capital, and advance large-scale infrastructure and data center projects with confidence.

Adriana serves on the Maryland Strategic Energy Investment Advisory Board and completed her Executive MBA at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
